I chose the web site Digital Democracy because I admire their work – and after reviewing their site against the criteria Katherine Dillon showed us, I thought it came up a bit short, which would make for a more interesting presentation. Dd is a non-profit organization that teaches communities in developing countries to use networked tools to help meet their needs.

To me it looks remarkably cold and technocratic. Also lopsided. Here’s my analysis:
